We are looking for a Product Owner – Productization & Commercial Growth who will play a key role in this transition — shaping how our solutions become products, and how those products succeed commercially.
Your Mission
Your mission will be to transform client-driven solutions into structured, scalable, and revenue-generating products, while identifying new opportunities to expand our product portfolio in the areas of Analytics, BI, and AI.
You will operate at the intersection of product, market, and commercial strategy, ensuring that what we build is not only technically strong — but also positioned, packaged, and ready to sell.
What You Will Do:
Productization & Product Strategy
- Identify opportunities to convert bespoke client solutions into standardized, reusable products
- Define product vision, value proposition, and differentiation
- Shape product structure, packaging, and positioning for market readiness
- Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery
Market Insight & Opportunity Identification
- Analyze market trends in Analytics, BI, AI, and SaaS solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and differentiators
- Translate insights into clear product opportunities with commercial potential
Commercialization & Go-to-Market
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Define and refine product messaging, positioning, and value narrative for target markets
- Work closely with sales and leadership to position offerings effectively
- Support the conversion of solutions into repeatable, revenue-generating offerings
- Participate in client discussions where needed, acting as a product and value expert
Vendor & Ecosystem Leverage
- Manage and grow relationships with key partners such as monday.com, Microsoft, and Cisco
- Identify opportunities to build and extend solutions on top of partner ecosystems
- Align vendor capabilities with Ergoman’s product strategy and commercial goals
Who We Are Looking For:
Core Experience
- Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Exposure to data, analytics, BI, or AI-related solutions
- Strong understanding of SaaS and/or platform-based environments
- Experience working with external vendors or technology partners
- Ability to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling value propositions
Mindset & Capabilities
- Strong commercial thinking — able to connect product decisions to revenue impact
- Ability to move from custom solutions to scalable products
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment
Highly Valued
- Experience in consulting, SaaS, or product commercialization environments
- Experience contributing to product marketing, brand positioning, or go-to-market messaging for technology solutions
- Familiarity with ecosystems such as monday.com or Microsoft (Azure, Power BI)
- Experience working in technology or system integration companies
- Exposure to Agile ways of working
