Junior ITSM Consultants (Full-time Entry Level Job)
Are you looking for experience in the field of IT Service Management?
Do you wish to become a part of an IT company, and work with cutting-edge ITSM
tools and platforms, like ServiceNow?
We are looking for Graduate Software Engineers & Junior IT Professionals to join
our team as ITSM Consultants, with the aim of enhancing our IT Service
Management Operations.
Position Overview
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and optimizing ITSM solutions
(e.g. ServiceNow etc.), driving ITSM transformation, and ensuring alignment with
industry best practices such as ITIL. If you have a passion for improving service
quality and operational efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications & Skills
 University degree in Engineering or Computer Science (we also welcome
applicants who have their thesis pending or up to a few courses left)
 A post-graduate degree in relevant fields will be considered an asset
 Analytical thinking and business analysis skills for effectively translating
business objectives to system design
 Self-motivated and willingness to pursue personal and professional
development though certifications
 Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language
 Strong communication and collaboration skills
