As a Dutch Speaking Service Desk Agent, you are the go-to person for resolving customer issues and ensuring a seamless support experience. You will provide assistance via phone, email, and chat managing tickets, troubleshooting problems, and following up until resolution. Your mission: Deliver quick, effective support that leaves our customers satisfied and confident in our services.

No previous IT experience💡? No problem! We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, whether you’re just starting your career or you’re a seasoned professional. This role is open from Junior to Senior levels, and we’re here to support your growth in tech regardless of where you’re starting from.

What you need to do 🛠️

Customer Support

  • Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide fast, customer-focused technical support following company procedures
  • Deliver accurate solutions on the first call whenever possible

Ticket Management

  • Handle support tickets based on priority and guidance from managers
  • Use the knowledge database to resolve issues efficiently

Technical Knowledge & Improvement

  • Keep your technical skills up to date
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to streamline support

Customer Data & Admin Tasks

  • Update and maintain accurate customer data records
  • Carry out administrative tasks to support ticket resolution

Follow-Up & Customer Experience

  • Own service desk requests, ensuring timely updates and follow-through
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Represent Cegeka’s values in every interaction

What Will Help You Succeed 🤝

  • Solid knowledge of ticketing systems (or willingness to learn)
  • Advanced Dutch & English communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation and professional communication (written and verbal)
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to grow
